At the zenith of AI evolution lies the concept of ARTIFICIAL SUPERINTELLIGENCE, which surpasses human intelligence in every possible dimension. The development of ARTIFICIAL SUPERINTELLIGENCE could usher in unprecedented advances in science, medicine and technology. Yet, it also presents profound challenges, including the risk of creating a form of intelligence that may be beyond human comprehension or control. Given these dual prospects of promise and peril, the governance and regulation of ARTIFICIAL SUPERINTELLIGENCE have become crucial focal points for both policymakers and researchers.
